Payment Policy

At Sapphire, our decision and policies are driven by customers (customer feedback). Therefore, looking at the dynamics of the business, a policy of Not Charging Upfront was introduced, customers need not pay anything while signing up. Payment will be charged by the Billing team only and they will only be processed once customers issue is fixed. Before charging, Billing agent will seek feedback from the customer on work done by a technician and ask for their feedback and basis that a decision on charging the customer is taken. Billing Agent will seek customer’s feedback, and, if the customer shows slightest of dissatisfaction, the call is transferred to Billing Manager who would either try to convince the customer by clearing their doubts or negotiate the amount to be paid or not charge the customer at all.
